A yesterday. I search for information on the Isokinetics Inc. Brand Exercise Ball Base - One Piece Construction - 19", so i would like to describe here.
Initially I was interested in purchasing a balance ball Chair, but at 70 $ and just starting out I decided to go with the balance ball Base, the least expensive way to go. not only the base keep the ball from rolling while at your desk this unit will connect with a strap of exercise to your workout. so for about $ 20 (Base and shipping-shpg about same cost as a base) is pretty worth it and very happy with it and maybe even a better alternative to a balance
