A previous week. I'm looking for information on the Gaiam Balance Ball Chairs, so i have to tell.
the Chair is surprisingly comfy. I don't know how * much * helps me with balance or toning, but I actually feel like I'm using my muscles a bit more than usual, sitting all day at the Office, so I feel pretty good about it. and it looks really nice, too. overall I like the Chair a lot, only one complaint. There is no height adjustment. I don't have a problem because my desk seems to be at around the right height. but this could be a problem
